DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipments originate from Hawaii and are generally shipped via USPS within 2 to 5 business days after the order is received. Shipments are not made to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping rates may be increased for oversized, bulk and heavy shipments.
Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic deliveries or 3-5 days for domestic express service.
Responsibility for lost shipments will not be borne by Great Lines when the delivery is confirmed.
 



Orders purchased or shipped within Hawaii will be charged the Hawaii 4.712% General Excise Tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Great Lines gladly accepts orders from around the globe. Shipping rates may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
