DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipments originate from Hawaii and are generally shipped via USPS within 2 to 5 business days after the order is received. Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping rates may be increased for oversized, bulky and heavy shipments.  We will contact you if your shipping charge is in excess.

Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic deliveries or 3-5 days for domestic express service.
Responsibility for lost shipments will not be borne by Great Lines once delivery is confirmed.

Orders purchased or shipped within Hawaii are subject to Hawaii 4.712% General Excise Tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Great Lines gladly accepts orders from around the globe. Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country of your order.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the destination country upon arrival. Additional Customs clearance charges are sole responsibility of the recipient.  We cannot predict or have any control of what additional Customs clearance charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact the local destination Customs office for further information.
